Any performance commitment (for example, a stated number of leads in a set period) applies only as written in your signed agreement and is subject to its conditions. Marketing results vary by market, budget, season, and how quickly leads are followed up. Except for a guarantee expressly stated in your agreement, we do not promise specific revenue, ranking, or lead outcomes.
Unless your agreement states otherwise, services are provided on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contract, and either party may cancel with the notice described in the agreement. Fees are billed as set out in your agreement.
All content on this website is owned by Home Service Direct or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Work products created for your engagement are governed by your agreement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Home Service Direct is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim.
